RAMPING My Health Original Post from 3/22/21

It has been an interesting week and some great gains have been made! In 2 weeks I am down 6 pounds and am feeling a lot better already. I haven’t really noticed much different in clothing fit yet but I am noticing a difference in energy levels. I am noticing small changes in habit are making some key differences and knowing that I’ll be posting here has been an interesting mental reminder. Thanks all!
