I have heard that stress and lack of sleep is not good for weight-loss and overall health. Well if that’s true then it explains this week’s plateau. I had a big project due and a stressful interview on Thursday. I did manage to get a couple of really good runs in and am now back up to two 8 minute runs with a 5 minute walk in between. Next week that will ramp up even further! The best news is that I felt great while running with no heel spur pain and no dead legs. Also going down a hole on my belt doesn’t seem to be forced and my shirts are starting to fit right again. I’m about 3 pounds from a whole new (old) wardrobe.
