Every year I get to the end of new content and start thinking of all things I could do next year. I get this rush of creativity and I start building structures that get too complicated, that I know that I can’t keep up with, that will probably work – maybe…

But…

If I did…

I have a Wrestling Theme brewing.

Instead of XP students would earn “Fans”.

Instead of guilds they would form “factions” and “stables”.

Instead of Big Bads there would be Heels.

Instead of Boss Fights there would be Pay-Per-View (or PPV) Events (like Wrestlemania or SummerSlam).

They could have Ring Names, Ring Gear, Tag Team Partners.

Each unit could build up to a Rivalry Match at the PPV.

Each Pay Per View could have classroom factions either fighting each other or against an “invasion” faction.

Instead of leveling up they could earn championships. An “B” would be an Intercontinental Title reign and an “A” would be a Heavy Weight Title Reign.

Students with the most “fans” (XP) in each class would be the Universal Champion.

I could by cheap toy WWE Belts or print small badge sized ones off on the 3D printer.

Badges and side quests could lead to new powerful moves that could be used during the PPVs.

Students could have “promos” to earn “fans” where they have to explain concepts.

They could go on “podcasts” and earn fans by explaining the “business” (content) in the unit.

But I’m definitely not going to do this…
